Fall Pledge Drive - Thurs., Nov. 11 - "Faith in Action Through Service"

"Faith in Action through Service"

is today's directive, as well as a tribute to our service men and women.


Permanent Deacons Dennis (Mater Dei Parish) and Pat Brockhaus (Holy Cross Parish); along with John Fitzsimmons (Sacred Heart); Sid Shoemaker (Mater Dei) are among the hosts and guests who will illustrate how their service to the church enhances their faith.


The day will begin with "Reville" by Bob Gibson and

end with "Taps" by Tyler Zenk and Griffin Strom.

A flag which flew over the U.S. Capitol, courtesy of Iowa Senator Joni Ernst's office,

folded by American Legion - Wasmer Post #241 in Le Mars, will be a premium offered.*


Siouxland Catholic Radio will launch its Wall of Honor.

Individuals may submit a photo of a service man/woman along with their branch,

highest rank, and years of service to be displayed.
